Roy G. Bivolo, better known as the Rainbow Raider, is a minor villain in the DC Comics universe, primarily associated with the Flash. He possesses the metahuman ability to manipulate color, allowing him to create illusions, project beams of colored light, and even physically manipulate objects using color-based energy.

Bivolo's backstory often involves an artistic frustration. Unable to succeed as a painter due to his colorblindness, he channeled his bitterness and scientific knowledge into creating a device that allowed him to weaponize the color spectrum.

While never posing a significant threat to major heroes, the Rainbow Raider is often used as a quirky and flamboyant antagonist.
